THE BEST LIP PRODUCTS | MY TOP 5

Honestly, I'm kind of super excited for this post because, while I do feel that my blog is evolving, this kind of post was something that I really used to love writing and it's been a good few months since I last shared a 'Top 5' post. Today, I thought I would share my top five lip products - these are lip products that I absolutely swear by and probably wouldn't be able to live without so, in no particular order, this is the latest in my lil top five series - the lip product edition.

Anastasia Beverly Hills liquid lipstick - 'Pure Hollywood'

This is my favourite liquid lipstick of all time. Not only is the ABH formula incredible - and is one of the only liquid lipstick formulas that I will actually wear comfortably - but this shade is beautiful. It's the perfect pinky nude and I am so in love with it. Trust me, if you're yet to try the ABH formula, you're really missing out.

Marc Jacobs lip gloss - 'Pretty Thing' and 'Skin Deep'

We've all heard me go on and on and on about the Marc Jacobs lip glosses lately so it shouldn't be a surprise that they've made it into my top five. I know I've mentioned two shades, but they're the same product so it only counts as one of my top five, right?! Right. Anyway, I think these glosses are incredible and they're definitely staples in my collection - in fact, they're pretty much all I've been wearing lately.

MAC lipstick - 'Velvet Teddy'

If you've been here since the beginning, you won't be shocked that Velvet Teddy made the cut. It truly is a cult product and it's a product that I couldn't live without. It's the lipstick that fuelled my lipstick obsession, and my love for MAC as a brand - even if I don't shop there much these days. It really is a holy grail product and I genuinely think it's the perfect lipstick shade and formula for any day that I can't pick - it's so versatile and it's great.

YSL Rouge Volupté Shine lipstick - shade '9'

This lipstick is not only a wonderful lipstick, but it holds a special place in my heart as I bought it at the airport on the way to Croatia. It's an expensive purchase but so worth it, and I tend to save it for special occasions because it's kind of sentimental, I don't know. All I know is that the shade is gorgeous, the formula is lovely and the scent ... oh my gosh, the scent is incredible.

L'Oreal lip liner - 630 'Beige á nu'

Ah, the only lip liner to make the cut. At £3.99, this lip liner is an absolute steal and it's amazing. I literally buy it in bulk and would never want to run out - it's a staple! It's pretty much perfect for any nude lipstick and I absolutely adore it.

Wow, who thought it was possible to get so soppy over some lip products? Apparently me. Anyway, these truly are my holy grail, if you will, lip products and I really recommend them. I genuinely didn't even find narrowing down this collection difficult - simply because I use these products all the time so there was no question about it.
