BINGE-WORTHY TV SHOWS

Exam season may be getting well under way but that doesn't mean your life has to be all work all the time. It's important to relax sometimes and, with that in mind, I've compiled a list of my top 5 favourite tv shows that are perfect for binge watching - you know, just in case you have a spare few hours or you're just planning out how you may spend your time after exam season has ended.

The first show on my list won't come as a surprise to anyone who has previously read my blog - Pretty Little Liars. I've been watching PLL since 2011, way before it became super popular in the UK. In fact, I remember begging my friends to watch it so I could have somebody to talk about it with, I had a PLL themed blog (though I don't really post on it anymore), I had a PLL fan account on Instagram, I made powerpoints and case files about who could be A - I was obsessed. I still am (just not in the same nerdy fangirl way anymore). If you need a show to binge watch and obsess over, PLL is the one for you - you'll be hooked.

Sticking with a similar theme (kind of), Riverdale is also incredible. It may be fairly new, having come out only this year, but it's great. It's all mysterious and super intriguing - trust me, you'll be hooked! I'm trying so hard not to give spoilers throughout this post so I'll leave it at that - just trust me. It's amazing.

Gossip Girl. Do we even need to talk about this? It's my favourite show of all time - it's a sweeping statement, I know, but it's true. It's such an easy show to watch, super interesting, very addictive and an all round incredible show. I'm obsessed and, even though it ended in 2012, I still continue to watch it - in fact, I've re-watched it probably 6 or 7 times now. Oops? Nope, not sorry.

Keeping Up With The Kardashians - this is quite a different one compared to the other shows on this list as it's a reality show, rather than a drama or fictional series but it's one that I've been religiously watching since 2010. It's, once again, a really easy show to watch and I think it's hilarious - the Kardashian / Jenner family have an amazing relationship and I love to watch it. It's perfect for binge-watching.

Finally, 13 Reasons Why was bound to make an appearance. If you've been anywhere on social media over the past few weeks, you'll have no doubt heard of this show. I thoroughly enjoyed watching it and finished it within one weekend. Critics aside, I think the show opened up so many discussions to so many important topics and issues in the world today - suicide being the main focal point of the show and I genuinely really recommend the show if you haven't yet seen it.

So that concludes my list of my five favourite tv (and Netflix) shows that are perfect for binge watching. What are your favourite shows?
