♡ Halloween Make Up Look ♡

Hello everybody! Today's post is super, super exciting and I've been planning this for so long! It's a Halloween make up look, but I didn't want it to be too specific for one costume idea or look so it's more of a general Halloween make up look that can be paired with tonnes of different costumes etc. I'm just going to get straight into this because I'm honestly soooo excited.

So I started off my look with the Collection Illuminating Touch foundation to give myself a base to work with. This is a super lightweight foundation but I do find that it gives a good coverage too, and it only cost me £3.99 at Superdrug - bargain! Then I went in with my Seventeen Stay Time concealer (you may already know that this is my favourite concealer) just to cover up any imperfections and dark circles under my eyes. I then used my Benefit Dandelion face powder on my face (obviously) to brighten and set the base make up.

Side Note - please excuse the quality of my image, I stupidly decided to do this look with super bad lighting!

Now onto the fun bit: eyes! I started by using the darkest eyeshadow from the Sleek 'Medusa's Kiss' eyeshadow palette all over my lid. Then, I used the second darkest shade from my Sephora 'Walking on the Moon' palette (it's called D - Gun Metal) and just popped this in my crease and the outer V of my lid. I then chose the silver shade from this same Sephora palette and placed this in the inner corner of my eye and the inner V of the lid. Here, you could totally put some eyeliner on too for a more dramatic look, but unfortunately, I lack talent in this particular field of eye make up so I just went for mascara. My mascara of choice was the Maybelline Lash Sensational mascara and I absolutely adore it.

To finish this look, I just went with my Nars Satin Lip Pencil in the shade Palais Royal because I feel like it's a super autumnal shade and it can work for most costumes - how very festive!

I really hope you guys enjoyed this post and I hope that it's clear enough for you all. Have a great week (and Halloween!) and I'll see you next week with a brand new post!
