A NEW YEARS DAY WALK | PHOTO DIARY

Every year, you can pretty much guarantee that someone in my family sets themselves a New Years resolution that's somewhere along the lines of getting fit or loosing weight or being more healthy. This year, it seems that the majority of my family have set this goal for themselves so what better way to kick off the new year than to go on a nice New Years day walk? Myself and my Mum did exactly that on Monday and I took the opportunity to take my camera and get some snaps while in Shipley Country Park - if you're from the Derbyshire / Nottinghamshire area, you'll probably have heard of it, if not - it's basically a big country park in Derbyshire and it's pretty much on my doorstep so it's very accessible. Anyway, I thought that I'd compile my (very few) photos from the walk into a quick little blog post so here we are!

I love photography and haven't really been taking that many photos in recent months so I'm really trying to get back into it because, after studying it for four years at school and sixth form, I definitely do have a love for it and it's kind of annoying that I've not really taken as much advantage of being in London as perhaps I could in terms of photography. So that's something I'm trying to get back into because it is something that I really do enjoy.
