MAKE UP COLLECTION

Today, I have for you a post that I don't think I've ever done - my make up collection. Of course, I can't show everything in my make up collection but this is just an overview of some of the things I have and where and how I store them so I really hope you enjoy this post.

Firstly, I store my make up in the MALM 6 Drawers from IKEA and I have them in white - they match my desk and I'm living for it. They were £79 and are the perfect size for storing my make up - though I only use up 5 out of the six drawers (the final one is for back ups and toiletries).

My first drawer holds the majority of my eye make up and, as you can see, my mini samples, hand sanitizers and a few other bits and bobs.

My second drawer holds face products (though some of my less frequently used products are in the top drawer) - highlighters, bronzers, foundation, concealer, powder, you know, the basics. My favourite products from this drawer include my Anastasia Glow Kit, Benefit's Hoola Bronzer and the Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer (though I do only have the travel size, currently).

The next drawer is my lip drawer so it holds all of my lipsticks, lip glosses, liquid lipsticks, lip liners, primers and so on. I keep my lip balms and drugstore lip products in a little box on the left side of the drawer, and my lip liners in the lid of the box just behind that. My lipsticks and liquid lipsticks take up the majority of the rest of the space and I also have some MAC Christmas sets at the back of the drawer.

Moving on down to the next drawer, we come to my eye shadow drawer so this is all my palettes and single eyeshadows - along with a few pairs of false eyelashes. My favourites from this drawer have to be my Too Faced Chocolate Bon Bons palette and the Tarte Tartelette in Bloom palette - along with my Colourpop Super Shock Shadows in the shades 'Un' and 'Lovely' - though I do believe both of these have been discontinued, now.

And the final drawer in my make up collection (as I mentioned, I'm not showing the last of the six drawers as it doesn't actually hold any of my make up collection) is used to store my brushes, some nail polishes and also make up removers. In terms of make up removers, I'm obsessed with the L'Oreal Micellar Water and the Rodial Dragon's Blood toner (the one in the spray bottle - it was featured in my 2017 Skincare post a few weeks ago).

I know this post isn't exactly the most in depth make up collection and probably isn't the best but, with that being said, I do hope you enjoyed this little insight into my make up collection and how I like to store it. I'll see you very soon with a new post.
