♡ May Favourites 2016 ♡

Here we are, yet again, reuniting for another monthly favourites post - this time for May 2016. It's crazy how fast this year is going - can you believe that we're almost halfway through the year already?! I'm not going to lie to you, I've not got too many favourites for this month - I'm personally blaming the fact that it's peak exam season and I've had 0 social life this month, but we're going to roll with it and really appreciate the favourites that I do have!

Kicking off with food favourites for a change - I've really been loving Cadbury Time Out Wafer bars lately! I used to absolutely love these bars when I was in Primary school and early Secondary school, but then they kind of disappeared for a while. Luckily for me, I've recently seen them being stocked in Tesco and general supermarkets and they are so great - if you've never tried one, please do because I guarantee that you will not go back.

My music favourite for this month is slightly different - it's actually a radio station. I've really been enjoying listening to Radio 1 recently. While Radio 1 has always been one of my ideal choices for radio in the car and travelling, I've never really listened to it while at home but over the past few weeks, it's been a go-to for me while I'm revising, writing blog posts and generally relaxing at home. It's also a bonus that you don't have to sit through adverts like on other publicly funded radio stations.

For beauty favourites, this month I've been obsessed with two NYX products - they're both eyeshadows and actually are the first products I've ever purchased from the brand. I was doing a little bit of shopping on the Boots website and took a sneaky look at the NYX eyeshadows (I've recently acquired a new found love of eyeshadow) and decided to purchase a couple. I figured that, at £3.50 each, I couldn't go far wrong and picked up Sin and Sex Kitten - Sin is the lighter, more champagne-esque shade, while Sex Kitten is definitely more pink toned. Both are lovely colours and definitely right up my street and I've genuinely been loving them for the past few weeks.

My final favourite is a drink - and, if I remember correctly, I mentioned this in various favourites posts last year. It's yet another one of Starbucks chilled drinks that you can buy from supermarkets but, this time, it's the Caffe Latte one. I've been living off of these recently so, once again, if you've not tried one before - do it!
