♡ Recent Beauty Buys ♡

Hello and happy October! As you are reading this, I am currently in Paris with my family for the weekend - celebrating my birthday (which is tomorrow). I've recently been picking up a few new beauty products so I thought that I would put them into a collective blog post and show you what I've been buying and give a little mini review of them.

Firstly, I popped into Kiko - well, actually, my Mum went in for me while she was out after I'd seen a couple of things online and asked her to pick them up for me. I chose the Kiko brush cleanser and the Kiko smart lipstick in the shade 913 Rosewood. Both products are great and the lipstick is stunning. It lasts all day and is very pigmented - I love it. The brush cleanser works really well but I have to say, it goes very quickly.

When I was out doing my last minute back to school shopping in early September, I went into Superdrug and picked up two Maybelline products - the Dream Pure BB cream in the shade light and the Brow Drama sculpting brow mascara in the shade medium brown. My favourite and most used product out of the two is the BB cream which has replaced foundation in my everyday school make up routine. I feel like BB cream is much easier to use for school and is a lot more lightweight compared to wearing a proper foundation like I would be more likely to wear on the weekends. The Brow Drama brow mascara is great - it gives a very natural look while also filling in some of the sparse areas of your brows. I really like it but at the moment, I don't wear it every day.

The final product of my recent beauty purchases is the ColourPop Ultra Matte Lip in the shade 'Clueless'. I cannot express how many products I want from ColourPop and for how long I've wanted them, unfortunately ColourPop don't ship to the UK so I had to buy this product from eBay but obviously it's more expensive than buying from their actual site which sucks - however, this product definitely didn't disappoint and I would 100% recommend it to other people. The shade is kind of a purple toned neutral pink so it's not completely wearable for every day but nonetheless, it's a stunning shade and great quality. There are so many products from ColourPop that I would love to purchase so, ColourPop, why do you not ship to the UK!?
