♡ August Favourites 2015! ♡

I feel as though I am writing this post quite late as, usually, I would be posting my August favourites post at the end of August - not the middle of September. However, due to my scheduling, this is the only opportunity I have to actually post my favourites for the month of August - and we all know how much I love my favourites posts!

My first favourite for the month of August is the Urban Decay Naked 2 Basics eyeshadow palette. I purchased this back at the start of August in Seville while I was on holiday and I haven't looked back since. The palette is absolutely stunning and so, so useful for everyday. I love it. Staying on the beauty theme, I've also been loving the Victoria's Secret 'Sheer Love' fragrance mist. It's been my go-to scent for the past month and I absolutely adore it.

I actually have two book favourites this month and both of them are books I took to Portugal with me in July - I read both books in 3 days. The first is The Good Girls by Sara Shepard and it's part of the Perfectionists series. I absolutely loved the PLL books (and, dare I say it, I preferred the books to the show - that's how good they are) and when Sara released The Perfectionists I could not put the book down so I was so excited for the second installment of the series and it definitely wasn't a disappointment. Another great novel from Sara Shepard! The second book I've been loving for this month is Paper Towns. I'm not going to lie, when I read TFIOS, I wasn't impressed and found it slightly boring (I'm probably going to be the only one who thought this, but oh well) but I wanted to read Paper Towns and it is hands down one of my favourite books I've read this year. I absolutely loved it - and I loved the movie, too.

Going onto music favourites now, for the past two months, I've been listening to Nick Jonas' album on repeat. Recently (probably since around May time), I've got this new-found love for Nick Jonas and, oh my God, I love him. His album is definitely one of my all time faves!

Finally, I've got a couple of random food-ish favourites - both are chewing gum and both are what I purchased in Portugal. I've been loving the Trident Twist in the watermelon flavour and the Trident Senses in the Berry Party flavour. Obviously, due to my braces, I haven't had chewing gum in almost two years so when I knew I was getting my braces off and saw these in the supermarket in Portugal, I was like 'yeah lets get some and see what they're like' and it turns out that they are really nice!
