Top 5 for 2014

Hello everyone! I thought that, for today's post, I would write a post about my 'top 5' for 2014 - so basically, I've chosen five of my favourite items (or television shows, albums etc.) from 2014 and (kind of) ranked them. I know that this is something you'd probably expect me to be doing right at the beginning of January, but I'd already had posts planned and written up for the past two Sundays, so you guys get this post towards the middle of the month instead of right at the beginning - but that's cool too, right?!

1. Quite possibly my favourite thing from 2014 is The Vamps' Meet The Vamps album. It's honestly one of the best albums I own, and I listen to it so much - although that's not really surprising if you know how much I am in love with them. I feel like the album has the perfect balance between slow(ish), and more upbeat songs, and I think that it's such a feel-good album in general. I love it. 

2. Vicious (A Pretty Little Liars novel) by Sara Shepard. This is the finale of the Pretty Little Liars book series and, oh my goodness, it is amazing. I read it in 5 hours on Boxing Day and I cannot express how much I loved it. I've been reading the Pretty Little Liars book series since I purchased the first book to take to China with me in March 2013 and I read them all so quickly, and I'm not sure what I'm going to do now that the series has come to a conclusion but I really do recommend the series, it's an absolutely fantastic series of books. 

3. The Neutrogena Visibly Clear pink grapefruit daily scrub. Oh my gosh, you guys, it's so good - I've found that it works really well and my face feels so so so smooth after using it. Oh, and it smells great so that's a bonus isn't it?

4. My tartan scarf from Dorothy Perkins. I cannot even begin to count how many times I've worn this scarf since I purchased it back at the end of November. It's super comfortable, and feels so soft - argh it's beautiful.

5. My final favourite from 2014 is Avon's Big and Daring Volume Mascara. I received this as a gift for my birthday back in October and I tried it out and it's amazing. I found that it really does volumize my lashes and it's just super great. I've been using it more for going out, rather than everyday use (such as school), but I really do adore it.
