The choker necklace

Hey guys, I'm really sorry I didn't post on Sunday but I was super busy over the weekend as I went out with my friend on Saturday and my uncle & his family came round on Sunday - and I managed to fit in my ten million pieces of homework during the weekend! So I'm really sorry about that, but I thought I'd do a post for you today to make up for it. 

I'm going to be writing this post about an item of jewelry that I think has been quite a staple throughout the summer -  the choker necklace. I feel like over the course of the summer, chokers have become increasingly popular. 

At first, I was like 'no, I am not buying one' but after a bit, I ended up doing the unexpected and buying one. I have to admit, I didn't think I would like it but I really do like it. I purchased mine towards the end of the summer and I personally feel like I made a good choice because my style tends to be quite bright and colourful with skirts and dresses throughout the summer, but in Autumn and Winter, it tends to get more dull with darker colours and styles and I think chokers will add to that kind of style.
